Course facilitators will provide on-going monthly  support through one-to-one coaching for participants for 90 days to ensure skills are incorporated into daily practice.

Yet, each day we send some of our best clinicians to the front line to coach their colleagues without adequate training or coaching experience.  It’s no wonder that organizations struggle to get patient satisfaction scores from “good” to “excellent.” 
 
Researchers have found many of our current leaders in healthcare lack the core essential skills needed to coach effectively.
We have developed and tested an intensive program to teach healthcare leaders how to coach their colleagues in performance improvements that promote excellent service and improved outcomes.
